Rest day and plan for the week

No soreness from yesterday's run which is good. I'm handling these longer runs well these days. Monday is rest day but the rest of the week will be back to the normal routine now the cold has gone and I'm fully recovered from the half.

Plan for the week.
Tuesday: interval training and Pilates
Wednesday: Pilates
Thursday: Speed work, Pilates
Friday: 50 mins easy run, Pilates
Sat : walk or swim
Sunday: 1 hr 30m easy run
