Holiday Rest
How great not to have to get up and out into the dark and cold this morning. Slept until 8, had some breakfast and then went back to bed.. luxury, pure luxury!Did get a nice walk in as we walked down to The Spot at Randwick and went to the movies "ae fond kiss" .. excellent movie by Ken Loach.
Back on the road tomorrow and let's just hope it's more successful than yesterday's effort.
Plan for the week:
Tuesday: 50 mins run, Pilates
Wednesday: Sean's training group and Pilates
Thursday: Cardio and Pilates
Friday: training group and Pilates
Saturday: Walk
Sunday: 90mins run

This blogging is addictive and its motivational reading how other people are training and just staying/getting fit.
So many good things in that week Lulu - Pilates, group running, a walk and a 90 minute run. We all have 'lumps of concrete legs' days - just take it easy and enjoy the scenery. Very slow running is good for you!
