On the up!

I had to do an extra post just to record the improvement I appear to have made in 2 weeks. When I did the first hill surging fartlek with Sean on the 22nd of July I did an average pace of 6.53/km. This week my average pace was 6.08/km, that's quite a big improvement in such a short time, is this really possible?

Have done the third Pilates class for the week and so can enjoy tomorrow's rest day - guilt free. I'm off to a hens party for lunch (probably a long lunch) so Sunday's run could be interesting!

That is huge improvement over a very short period of time and a testament to the work you have been putting in. Congratulations - you are going to fly up HBH!!

There's no stopping you at the moment Lulu. Training with Sean is certainly seeing some big improvement. Just shows what consistent hard training can do. Keep up the good work and keep enjoying yourself.

way to go lulu...that's a great improvement...HBH will be a cruise...

i did run in centennial park on sunday, was there about 3.30-4.15pm...ran on the path, dodgin walkers etc!...thanks for the advice...
