An easy morning

Good lulu managed to get out of bed at a reasonable hour and head down to Queen's Park for an easy 25 mins this morning. Pleased to report that the combined physio/Easy Tiger morning seems to be paying off. Nothing hurt, not a squeek out of anything this morning. Now that really is progress. My poor old butt was hurting by the time I'd finished all the exercises prescribed by the physio though. As long as it works it will be worth the pain to my wallet and my butt!

It's getting exciting here in the lulu household. I will have run over 30km this week and Mr lulu took 20secs of his Big Bertha time and he is starting to look like a lean mean running machine.

Off to pilates at lunchtime which will doubtless involve more glute exercises so I'll be lucky to walk let alone run tomorrow. Good thing it's a day for cross training tomorrow!

Food:
B: Banana smoothie
MT: crispbreads, cottage cheese and an apple
L: Tropical PS
AT: lemon protein bar
D: Bean and sausage casserole, yoghurt, 1 glass of red wine

Isn't it nice to finish a run and realise that you're not hurting! And to think that non-runners never get to experience it... :-)

Good to see you clocking up the k's...really stepping up after the slowish first couple of months this year. I was the same...building up after a slow summer :)
