Closed for renovations
Just in case anyone is still out there... you may have guessed that I haven't done much for the last 4 or 5 months. I've been off the road for the last three and having recently tried a few short runs it appears that whatever ails my back is nowhere near fixed.On a brighter note, the lovely Mr lulu successfully ran sub 3 hours at the Gold Coast: 2.59.42 or something like that! Very happy boy of course and his next race is going to be NYC marathon on the 1st November.
I'll be closing the blog for now. If and when I ever get back on the road I may start it up again.
